Hotel Samudro is situated just behind the blue beach. I was at the hotel from 2-Sep till 5-Sep. Booked the sea facing rooms. Excellent view from the room with the blue beach and overlooking the sea and sands.. You can literally enjoy the sea from the room and the balcony. Very hospitable and courteous staff. They made sure we got everything we asked for, glasses, cups, plates, cleaning at request. The food is great and freshly made. Tastes great, good portion sizes and value for money. The complimentary breakfast menu is sumptuous and tatses great. Overall an excellent experience and I would surely love to come back to Hotel Somudro for the view from rooms, excellent staff services and great food!! Thank you.

Booking made from 13th Jan to 17th Jan 2022. I have to cancel due to corona and temple closed. As discussed with Hotel multiple times for Refund they said that they will refund the amount but did not give that, Followed up mulyiple times. Consumer Complaint raised agaist them - Grievance Number: 3320280. Make sure you book and travel as forget about any refund!!!!

Booked a sea facing a/c room with balcony and breakfast online from goibibo for 2 adults and a kid of 10 yrs. But during check-in, the receptionist gave me a room which was not a sea facing. Instead they tried to convince me that I can see the sea from balcony. Finally I had to pay extra charge to get the room I requested initially. They also tried to charge me extra for my kid's breakfast but the owner intervened and that got resolved. Overall, the guys at reception are rude and cheat.

The hotel is located at one of the best places in Puri. Away from the haste battle of the town right next to the beach. The beach here is also very clean and not much crowded. Rooms are Good and well arranged. Food is very delicious and averagely priced. This hotel is an ideal place for those who look for peace of mind in their holidays.
